USI Subitem Security and Board Visibility Options

Allow USI board to have its own security settings, so that key personnel can access specific subitems, while others remain restricted. Additionally, enable an option to make the entire board visible to everyone, but still control who can access certain subitems. This feature would provide more flexibility in managing permissions and visibility across boards and subitems.
